The immaculate low-walled garden at the front gives this popular village pub a picture postcard feel. Inside, there is one long bar with bar stools, tables and a couple of sofas by the fire, stone walls and modern wooden floors. A very popular pub with the villagers and hikers walking in the area. No food Sunday evening. Don't be fooled by the bus stop immediately outside the pub; the last bus departed from this Somerset outpost many years ago. The nearest stop now is a mile and a half away in Burnett village.
