A real-time display shows departures from the station and there is a low-key railway theme throughout. An innovative discount scheme offers 20% off drinks prices for those showing a ticket for a train that has been delayed by 20 minutes or more.

Tables and seating outside, shaded with parasols, allow customers to admire Brunel and Wyatt's architectural masterpieces across six lanes of traffic.
